New Dram provides alerts and notifications about new TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) label approvals for whiskey and bourbon products. Our service aggregates publicly available data from the TTB COLA registry.
To use certain features of New Dram, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
New Dram offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the TTB data displayed on our platform. The official TTB COLA registry should be consulted for authoritative information.
New Dram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
